Gregory Moore is an accomplished Irish artist working in watercolour, pastel and acrylics. Following several years as an art tutor, Gregory, has in recent years been working as a full time Irish artist. He is a member of The Ulster Watercolour Society, The Arts Society of Ulster and The Pastel Society of Ireland. He has frequently given demonstrations in the use of both watercolour and pastel.
Gregorys work has also been featured on the Channel 4 programme, Watercolour Challenge. He says, “My work is influenced by the people and character of the landscape and inspiration can spring from cattle grazing in a field to the rusted roofs and flaking walls of an old farm house". Gregory's work is be found in many private collections in Ireland, UK and further afield.
