Q. Can I arrange to view any painting prior to purchase?

Certainly, any painting may be viewed prior to purchase. Please Contact us to arrange an appointment.

 

Q. Can I arrange to visit Irish Art Plus Gallery?

You would be very welcome to visit our gallery. Visits are by appointment only and can be arranged by Contacting us.

 

Q. Are all your paintings displayed on the Irish Art Plus website?

Offered for sale on our website is a range of paintings by the various artists  whose work we have in stock. We do however have many other paintings on display in our gallery. If you would like to see the entire stock of the work of any particular artist, please Contact us and we will be happy to forward details.

 

Q. Are all paintings framed?

At Irish Art Plus all paintings are professionally framed to exacting standards of materials and workmanship. We always select a framing arrangement we believe will present the artwork to best effect. However, we do realise that our choice may not always match the requirements of everyone. In such cases we will be happy to accommodate our customers in the selection of any alternative. Please Contact us and we will be happy to discuss the different options.

 

Q. Is the cost of framing included in the price of my painting?

The cost of framing is included in the price detailed alongside each painting. If you would prefer to purchase your painting without its frame we will reduce the total cost of the painting by an appropriate amount. Please Contact us for information on the amount of this reduction. The purchase of an unframed painting may be of interest to our overseas clients as the shipping costs will be greatly reduced.

 

Q. Can I commission a painting from Irish Art Plus?

Many of our artists are more than happy to produce commissions for our clients. Please Contact us to discuss & arrange any special requirements.

 

Q. Can I have my painting shipped to anywhere in the World?

We have many years experience in shipping works of art to all corners of the globe. All paintings are robustly packaged and despatched using insured couriers in an effort to ensure that each item arrived on your doorstep in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of a painting being damaged on arrival we will do our utmost to ensure that any difficulty is resolved to your entire satisfaction up to and including a full refund.

 

Q. How much will I have to pay for shipping of my painting?

The charge for packaging and shipping of your painting is based on the destination country and will be calculated through our on-line quoting facility.

 

Q. Do you offer combined reduced/shipping charges on multiple purchases?

In an effort to keep shipping charges to a minimum we will wherever possible offer combined shipping on multiple purchases. This will of course be subject to any size and weight restrictions imposed by carriers and destination countries.

 

Q. How do I buy a painting from Irish Art Plus?

Once you have registered with Irish Art Plus, choose the painting you would like to purchase and select the cart icon “purchase options”.
If you would like to collect your painting from the Irish Art Plus gallery the price shown alongside the painting will be the cost of your painting.
If you would like to have your painting shipped please advise delivery details and then submit your cart for a personalised quote. We will respond within 24 hours. You may then pay for your painting using the preferred payment method.

 

Q. How do I pay for my painting?

Irish Art Plus uses Shopify, a state of the art e-commerce provider. Shopify uses a secure payment processor to collect card information through the website. The following methods you can use for payment are as follows - 
- Credit/Debit card
- Paypal
- Bank Transfer (please contact us for details)

 

Q. When can I expect delivery of my painting?

We will despatch your painting within 2 working days of payment being received. For UK and Ireland your painting will be delivered 2 working days after despatch. For elsewhere please allow 5 to 7 working days after despatch for delivery of your painting.

 

Q. Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?

All purchases are covered by our money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your painting, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will be happy to issue a full refund of the purchase price on return of the painting.

We would be grateful however if you would please contact us prior to returning your painting so that we may be made aware of the reason for its return.

 

Q. How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. If your painting hasn’t been despatched it will be cancelled with no cost to you. If you painting has already been despatched then you will be able to return it using our money back guarantee.

 

Q. How do I create an account with Irish Art Plus?

Simply navigate to the Sign in page using the link in the header and select the option “Sign me up now”. This will direct you to the Registration Page where it will only take about one minute to complete registration and activate your account. You will then be able to access the personalised features of the site.

 

Q. Why create an account with Irish Art Plus?

Registered Members of Irish Art Plus will receive the following benefits:-

- Priority information on any Special Offers, discounts or promotions.

Q. Would Irish Art Plus be interested in selling a painting for me?

We are aware that art collectors may occasionally wish to sell one or more paintings from their collection. We would be happy to help in the valuation and disposal of any such works and may be able to display suitable paintings on our website and in our gallery in an effort to assist in their disposal. Any charges associated with this service will be fair and will always be agreed in advance of any sale. Please forward details together with images of any works to our e-mail address and we will respond promptly if we believe we could assist with the sale of your painting(s).

 

Q. Are Irish Art Plus interested in displaying the work of up and coming artists?

Irish Art Plus are always keen to hear from new, or even established artists, who may be interested in exhibiting their paintings with us. Please forward details together with images of typical works to our e-mail address enquiries@irishartplus.com and we will be delighted to consider inclusion of these works in our portfolio of artists. We will, in all cases, respond promptly if we believe we could assist with the promotion and sale of your artwork.
